There are reports that the "Ulfatlar" teahouse in the city of Yangi Yol, Tashkent region, is preparing shashlik from pheasant and sparrow meat.

This situation raises serious questions in the public. First of all, where and how are Zarafshan pheasants, listed in the Red Book of Uzbekistan, delivered to the teahouse? Who controls the fate of these rare birds, whose numbers are decreasing year by year in nature?
