According to an eyewitness, several men attempted to force a dog into a car trunk. During the incident, the animal was allegedly kicked, pulled harshly by its collar and dragged by its chain. Despite beginning to choke, the dog struggled to resist, whimpered and appeared to be looking for help.
The eyewitness also noted injuries on both of the dog's hind legs that resembled burn marks or puncture wounds. According to the witness, the animal appeared severely malnourished, raising concerns that it may have been subjected to abuse before.
The report also states that the vehicle had a military-style registration plate. It is important that the actions of the driver and the other individuals in the vehicle are given an appropriate legal assessment.
Location of the incident: Navoi city, Navoi-27 Street, near the traffic lights and pedestrian crossing, close to the administration building of the Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company (NMMC).
