Squirrels are being tortured: How long will the cruelty to animals that are an integral part of the ecosystem continue?

Another barbaric incident has gone viral on social media. Citizen Bekjonov Daniyor posted a video on his Instagram page of himself torturing a squirrel, a member of the rodent family, by chaining it up. This incident is a clear example of the cruel attitude towards nature and animals.

Squirrels - animals that maintain the balance of nature

Ground squirrels are large rodents that live in steppe and foothill areas, reaching a height of 40-60 cm, with a tail length of 13-15 cm. Their thick fur protects them from the cold, and their bodies are reddish or brown in color. They live in colonies and burrow 2-3 meters deep underground. They feed on plants and play an important role in increasing soil fertility. These animals, which hibernate, are an integral part of nature and help maintain the balance of the ecosystem.
