This situation raises serious questions in the public. First of all, where and how are Zarafshan pheasants, listed in the Red Book of Uzbekistan, delivered to the teahouse? Who controls the fate of these rare birds, whose numbers are decreasing year by year in nature?
It is known that hunting, selling and commercial use of animals listed in the Red Book is against the law. Therefore, this situation raises not only an ecological problem, but also an issue of legal responsibility.
Another question worries the public: why has the Tashkent Regional Ecology Department not yet provided a clear, open, and legal assessment of the activities of this teahouse? When will illegal hunting and trade be stopped?
The relevant authorities must conduct a prompt investigation into this matter, and if violations are confirmed, strict measures must be taken. Otherwise, rare and protected species will continue to be at risk of extinction.
